Partner of Conspiração, prestigious director in film and advertising market, Breno Silveira is graduated of Ecole Louis Lumière in Paris and has begun his career in cinematography, where he has signed more than ten films. Conspiração partner since 2000, Carolina Jabor launched in 2014,her fictional first feature film "Boa Sorte" (“Good Luck”), which received rave reviews and was chosen as best film at the jury of the 6th Paulinia Film Festival, in addition to winning the Prix du Festival du Cinéma in public Brésilien Paris.
In 2008, co-directed with Lula Buarque de Hollanda, released the documentary "O Mistério do Samba" (“The Mystery of Samba”) of the Old Guard of Portela, selected for the show Cinéma de la Plage, at the Cannes Film Festival and winner, for best documentary, Grand Prix of the Brazilian Cinema 2009.

He began his career as an art director until he migrated to the direction of advertising and music videos, including "Segue o Seco", clip of the singer Marisa Monte, who received five MTV Awards in 1995, co-directed with José Henrique Fonseca.
As a director, his first job was "Redentor" (“Redeemer”/ 2004), a film selected for the Panorama in Berlin, which won the award for Best Direction of ACIE and the Great Brazilian Film Award. Gabriel Ghidalevich, director of the new generation production team, stands out for his work making the mix of documentary and nonfiction language to a visual aesthetic refined, typical of his films.

He was responsible for the experimental project creation and direction of a reality show about "Chacrinha, o musical" and he also directed films for the Museum of Modern Art - SP (MAM), Electrolux, Sundown, Banco do Brasil, Santander, Devassa, Fiat, Unilever, Nextel, among other major brands.
Gabriel began his career in the world of video art, where he was able to develop narrative and differentiated pictures. He also worked as an editor at the film department of Rede Globo, where he perfected himself in mounting, editing and finishing.
Henrique Manzoli has begun his career in Loducca and Lowe agencies. Then he went to Cuba, where he studied film at the Escuela the International Cine y TV San Antonio de los Baños (EICTV), he made a short film and was able to get deeper into photography.
As a director, he worked on advertising campaigns for brands like Ford, Caixa Economica, Johnson & Johnson, Procter & Gamble, Leroy Merlin, Adams, Bayer, Knorr, among others. His films are “Duchas" of Johnson & Johnson (the famous jingle Johnson's Baby Shampoo) and "Escritório" held for MTV, which won important awards.
Founding partner of Conspiração, Lula launched in 2015. "O Vendedor de Passados" (“Past For Sale”) feature film starring Alinne Moraes and Lázaro Ramos, based on the homonymous book of Angolan writer José Eduardo Agualusa. In 2003 he directed his first fiction feature film, "Casseta e Planeta - The World Cup is Ours" (“Casseta e Planeta – The Movie”).
In non-fiction, he co-directed with Carolina Jabor in 2008, "O Mistério do Samba", a documentary about the Old Guard of Portela, selected for the Cannes Festival and in 1998. Renata Brandão is the Executive Director of the cores of brand content and Conspiração's digital interfaces.
Graduate in International Relations and Social Communication with specialization in "Industry Business Cinema" at UCLA in Los Angeles, "Digital Marketing" at NYU, New York and MBA in Executive Management at Coppead / UFRJ, Rio de Janeiro, Renata started her career in the international area of the Federation of Industries of Rio de Janeiro, promoting business between Brazilian and international companies, coordinating a business program of the European Commission.
In audiovisual production she began working on internships in Los Angeles, in the producers FM Rock, Hungry Man and the RGA / New York agency, producing music videos and advertising.
In Conspiração she began in 2006 as a production assistant in advertising and film projects. Eneide has always been involved in planning and production control. Partner since 1996, Leonardo Barros M is the executive film director of the producer, responsible for domestic films and international co-productions.
Film and TV producer, and executive with more than 20 years of international experience in the entertainment industry, Leo Barros, as he is known, has, among many other credits, films like "2 Filhos de Francisco," "Redentor" "Eu Tu Eles," "O Homem do Ano", "Casa de Areia", "Filhos de Bach" and "Rio, Eu Te Amo"; as well as the TV series "Mandrake", twice nominated for the International Emmy Awards.

Partner, and the International Executive Producer at Conspiração Filmes, Cistina Lopes is a graduate of the Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing, ESPM-SP in Advertising and Marketing and it is currently an MBA student at Berlin School of Creative Leadership.
She has over 25 years experience in the advertising market. Cristina started her career at the advertising agencies; ADAG, and CBBA (JWT Group), and from there on moved to working strictly for production companies, such as JODAF Cinematografica, (currently called Mixer), and Vertical Filmes. She ultimately moved back toConspiração Filmes in 2002, where she acted as Commercial Director. In 2009 she assumed the position of Executive Director of the Advertising core and currently in she is charge of International Affairs, including Advertising and Branded Content.
Throughout her career, Cristina has produced over 2,500 advertising films for national and international brands, including Coca-Cola, Unilever, GM, Ford, Honda, VW, AMBEV, P&G, Visa, MasterCard, Pepsi, J&J, Kimberly Clark.
